SOCOTEC, a company that offers services in the areas of testing, inspection, and compliance, has been given the status of preferred supplier by Jaguar Building Services, a company that offers maintenance for mechanical, electrical, public health building services and builders in Surrey.
The Water Treatment & Equipment division of SOCOTEC took part in a three-stage supply chain rationalisation procedure, in which it competed against 14 other service providers. During this procedure, it was evaluated based on a variety of criteria, including quality, cost, and overall presentation.
The commercial and technical team at Jaguar Building Services were very receptive to the novel approach to contract management that the SOCOTEC delegation of technical, commercial, and service delivery stakeholders presented.
As a result, SOCOTEC will participate in a group of four preferred suppliers for the water treatment and hygiene requirements of Jaguar Building Services. As part of this group, SOCOTEC will deliver a variety of water consultancy services to support Jaguar Building Services' expanding portfolio of properties, developments and groundworks surrey.
